NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the two separate orders dated 15.09.2020 (Annexures P-3 and P-4), whereby an amount of Rs.2,65,091.50/- has been withheld from the retiral dues of the petitioner. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to release the retiral dues of the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum on delayed payment.

CWP No.12873 of 2021 (O&M) On 20.07.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment for completing instructions from the legal representatives of the petitioner as the petitioner had died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get instructions from the legal representatives of the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
