Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the father of the petitioner had expired while he was serving in the respondent-Bank. The petitioner had made an application earlier and sent a legal notice dated 03.06.2020 (Annexure P7) but no action has been taken by the respondents. Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ravinder Singh Dhull, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the legal notice of the petitioner and take a final decision in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
