(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Case No. NACT 1148 of 2019, titled as 'Inder Pal Vs. Raghubir Singh' pending before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panchkula whereby the warrant of arrest was issued against petitioner on 12.03.2025 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that compromise has been effected between the parties and the present petition be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
