(Oral) Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.322, dated 27.09.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 464, 465, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings (Final report/challan) arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 24.10.2024 (Annexure P-2). Further prayer has been made for staying the proceedings before the learned trial Court during the pendency of the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again when both the parties have arrived at the compromise. Allowed to do so.
