Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of permission to go and visit Canada for three months to let him do his personal works, which prayer has been declined by learned JMIC, Amritsar, vide order dated 09.02.2016.
Vide separate order of even date passed in CRM No.M-28624 of 2015, the FIR No.166 dated 18.06.2015 against the petitioner under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Jandiala Guru along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom have been quashed, therefore, there is no need to seek permission of this Court to visit Canada and the present petition has become infructuous. Therefore, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
