(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.100 dated 15.09.2025, under Section(s) 109, 115(2), 118(1),191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Sections 307, 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 117(2) and 118(2) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 325 and 326 IPC) registered at Police Station Ghanie Ke Bangar, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has joined investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioner(s) is not required for further investigation of the case.

Learned State counsel, on instruction from assisting police official, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner(s) is not required for the purpose of SANJAY 2026.04.24 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
