RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing impugned order dated 03.08.2017 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jind, dismissing the application of the petitioner for consolidation of complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, in one Court, as the same are pending before different Courts in Sessions Division, Jind. Heard.

Since complainants in all the complaints are different with dissimilar pleadings and facts, therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order Annexure P-6, which is perfectly legal. Dismissed.
