**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) This petition has been taken for hearing through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender and therefore, he be allowed to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after surrendering, the petitioner be permitted to file another application for the grant of parole.

No permission is necessary in that regard. In case, the petitioner is entilted for parole under the rules, the application, if any filed, will be considered by the authorities in accordance with law by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
