As per allegations petitioner alongwith other co-accused attacked police party and damaged the police vehicle in which incident the police officials are also alleged to have received injuries. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
