**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 0082 dated 5.4.2018 registered at Police Station Chandimandir, Panchkula under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had got married to the prosecutrix on 3.4.2018 and the couple had approached this Court for protection and there is a reference to the marriage and the girl is residing with the in-laws. He further states that challan has been presented. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
