(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the impugned order dated 27.04.2018 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Revisional Court vide which the revision filed against the order of discharge has been illegally dismissed as well as quashing the order dated 20.09.2016 (Annexure P-1).
