As per allegations levelled by complainant Baldev Singh he and his brother Iqbal Singh had purchased one Innova car from petitioner Gurmej Singh after making payment of Rs.7.5 lacs. Gurmej Singh, in turn, had purchased the said car from one Daljit Singh. As per version of Daljit Singh he is yet to receive his payment of Rs.8 lacs from petitioner Gurmej Singh.
It is alleged that at the time of occurrence, petitioner and his son Mony alongwith Daljit Singh and Baljinder Singh and some other unidentified persons had intercepted the Innova car and while pointing a gun towards complainant Baldev Singh had snatched and taken away RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.10.05 16:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the serious nature of allegations against him, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
