(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of orders dated 01.08.2018 (Annexure P-4 colly) passed by learned Additional Distict Judge, Fatehabad whereby application filed by the petitioner under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning respondent No.4, namely, Vinod Kumar to face trial as an additional accused, has been dismissed on 27.07.2018 in I.A. No. 1/18 (Annexure P-3) in FIR No. 82 dated 11.12.2017 registered under Sections 365 and 366-A IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, at Police Station Women, Fatehabad (Annexure P-1).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4-Vinod Kumar stands exonerated in the present case and, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
