The claimants-respondents have already withdrawn the execution petition so the amount of Rs.25,000/- so deposited by the appellant at the time of filing of the present appeal, be released to the appellant No.2. He submits that in view thereof, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.

In view of the above, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant at the time of filing of the present appeal, be released to the appellant No.2 against receipt within a period of six weeks from today.
