Rattu, DAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.79 dated 16.12.2021, under Sections 324 and 34 of the IPC, 1860, (Sections 307 and 450 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Balianwali, District Bathinda.

This Court vide order dated 16.4.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 16.4.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Deepak Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 16.4.2024 is made absolute.
