**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 45 dated 20.9.2016, registered under Sections 498-A IPC, Police Station Women, District Amritsar City. Counsel for the petitioner states that the draft has been revalidated.
Let the same be deposited with the Registry of this Court within two days.
The draft would be released to respondent No. 2. Mediation had failed. Report had been received earlier.
