M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioners have allegedly committed theft. The genesis of the dispute appears to be controversy between the landlord and the tenant.

Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case, the petitioners can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail on account of they having already joined investigation. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 1.10.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioners will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
