Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 77 dated 27.08.2013 under Section 302, 307, 382, 326, 325, 324, 323, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Rajasansi, Amritsar Rural.

Heard.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was armed with a datar at the time of occurrence and had inflicted injuries on the person of Taranbir Singh. Petitioner is not attributed injury on the person of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 1.9.2013.
