-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) By way of instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks awarding of three additional marks for higher qualification and if the same are awarded, he would come within zone of consideration for appointment to the post of Male Constable (General Duty).
Notice of motion was issued in the said matter and Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana would submit that result of the petitioner has been reconsidered and three marks have been awarded to him. It is submitted on instructions from Deekansh Goyal, LA that upon recalculation of marks of the petitioner, he obtains 54.80 marks and is reflected at Sr. No.3816-A of the merit list and his name has been recommended for appointment.
In view of the recommendation that has been made by letter dated 27.09.2021, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the formalities with regard to appointment of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
