Limited notice was given in this case to see if the matter could be settled.

Mediation has failed. Report has been received. The petition is disposed of.

Counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that amount of litigation expenses may be released to respondent No. 2. Registry to release Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the petitioner as litigation expenses, to respondent No. 2 against proper receipt and identification.
