RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has impugned the order dated 08.09.2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samalkha, Panipat, vide which conditional warrants against the petitioner for depositing the amount of Rs.48,000/- were issued.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to District Dhanbad, Jharkhand and he has to travel a long distance. However, after hearing the counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record, the Court is not convinced with the arguments raised. The warrants were issued way back prior to 08.09.2021 for an amount of Rs.48,000/-. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner had taken steps to satisfy the decree. The Family Court vide order dated 30.11.2018 granted the interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the respondent/wife.

This Court finds no merit in the present petition calling for any interference.

Dismissed.
