NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to appear before investigating agency/learned Area Judicial Magistrate and to move an application for grant of bail in accordance with law. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner appears before investigating agency/learned Area Judicial Magistrate within fifteen days of passing of this order and moves an application for grant of bail, the said application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
