Apprehending threat to their life at the hands of said respondents they filed the instant petition seeking protection. At the time of hearing learned counsel states that parents of the girl have accepted the marriage of the petitioners and as such they do not wish to pursue the present petition. Prays for permission to withdraw the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
