**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is the 2nd petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 303, dated 02.06.2020, under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 506 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mujesar, District Faridabad. 2.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to entertain the present petition, as no new ground or change of circumstances have been brought forth by the petitioner, after the withdrawal of his earlier petition i.e. CRM-M-15992-2020, which would merit acceptance of the second petition, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
