For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Main case is taken up on Board today itself. CWP-10363-2007 Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 13.06.2007 and 28.11.2006, Annexures P-1 and P-2 respectively.
