RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the order dated 10.12.2021, Annexure P-7, passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals) Punjab, in ROR-82-2013, while remanding the case of correction of Khasra Girdawari to AC 2nd Grade, Ferozepur, in an illegal and arbitrary manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and hence, the present petition be disposed of as infructuous.
