The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. On 02.05.2024 no one had turned up on behalf of the appellant and accordingly notice was ordered to be issued to the appellant. As per office report, notice issued for the service of the sole appellant has been received back unserved with the report of her incomplete address. No other address of the sole appellant is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
