Mr. Parunjeet Singh, Advocate for the appellants. *** Amarinder Singh Grewal, J. (Oral) CM-11497-C-2023 This is an application under Section 149 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for making good the deficiency in Court fee. It is pleaded that after institution of the appeal, the deficiency in Court fee has already been made good.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed subject to just exceptions. CM stands disposed of.

CM-11498-C-2023 Present application has been filed for seeking condonation of delay of 125 days in re-filing the appeal.

CM-11500-C-2023 Present application has been filed for impleading legal representatives of appellant No. 1, who unfortunately died on 30.04.2021. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, present application is allowed. Legal heirs of appellant No. 1, the details of whom are given in para 2 of the application, are allowed to be impleaded in the present appeal and the amended memo of parties attached with the present application is taken on record only for prosecuting the present litigation.

CM stands allowed.
