*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. This is the fourth attempt by the petitioner to secure the bail, pending trial, in a criminal case arising from FIR No.176, dated 28.11.2019, registered under Section 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Nahianwala, District Bathinda.

The recovery from the petitioner is of a commercial quantity. Keeping in view of the aforesaid fact, no fresh ground for grant of a bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
