(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner before this Court is that she and her minor son had been thrown out of her matrimonial home on 15.09.2016 and the private respondents are now harassing her that she should not report the matter to the police. On 17.09.2016, some identified persons came to the house of the petitioner and tried to beat her and her son. A detailed representation dated 17.09.2016 (P-2) in this regard is also pending with the police.
