H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, states that petitioners - Rama Kalyan and S.P. Pal have been found to be innocent during the course of investigation, as such they are not to be arrested at this stage. He further states that in case, as a result of further investigation, such petitioners are required to be arrested in this case, then the local police will give 7 days advance notice to them.

Pal have been found to be innocent, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in view of the statement made by the State counsel, if petitioners No. 1 and 2 - Rama Kalyan and S.P.
