[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 45 dated 23.04.2021, under Section 61/69 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur. [3] This Court vide order dated 28.05.2021, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. [4] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

[5] As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 28.05.2021 is made absolute.

[6] Disposed of accordingly.
