(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.157 dated 10.5.2021, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 427, 506 IPC (Section 452 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Gurugram. This Court vide order dated 28.5.2021, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Rohit, submits that the petitioner joined the investigation and recovery has been made, however, he is required to join investigation again.

Learned counsel appears for the complainant and opposes the prayer of bail and states that specific injury has been attributed to the petitioner. In view of the fact that the custody of the petitioner is not required, the interim protection granted to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the condition that he shall keep on joining investigation as and when called for. Disposed of accordingly.
