Learned counsel for the appellants states that the present appeal has been preferred by the parents of the deceased-Pritam whereas a separate appeal being FAO-1117-2024 was preferred by the widow of the deceasedPritam which has been allowed vide order dated 24.12.2025 and the amount has been enhanced and the appellants herein have also been granted consortium.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present appeal and the same is disposed off as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
