[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 54 dated 01.05.2021, under Section 20 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur.

[3] This Court vide order dated 15.06.2021 granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation.

[4] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

[5] As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 15.06.2021 is made absolute.

[6] Disposed of accordingly.
