Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. L.S. Sidhu, Advocate for the petitioner.

.....

Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the issuance of direction to the arresting officer/I.O./S.H.O./Trial Court, to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest/appearance in case FIR No.12 dated 28.2.2017 registered for the offences under Sections 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC and (Section 326 IPC, which was added later on) at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that first anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 23.8.2017 after arguing the case for some time.

As per the prosecution version, the present petitioner is stated Harpal Singh Parmar 2017.09.15 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-34092 of 2017 [2] to be armed with `Kirpan' and he gave grievous injury on the arm of complainant-Milkha Singh and he is main accused. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
