The instant petition aims at securing directions from this Court, upon the respondents concerned, to release the petitioner on 10 weeks' regular parole, thereby enabling him to cultivate and manage his fields in the village.

The instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to, for seeking the relief as claimed hereinabove, make an appropriate application under the relevant provisions, as embodied in The Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022, before the Superintendent of the Prison concerned, who shall on receipt of such application, forthwith forward it to the competent authority concerned for appropriate orders. The competent authority concerned is also directed to, on its becoming seized with such an application, pass appropriate orders thereon, under the law.
