(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no action whatsoever has been initiated against the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned order dated 23.04.2019 (Annexure P-13) as of now and therefore, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action in case he is aggrieved in any manner during his service career in respect of the impugned order dated 23.04.2019 (P-13).
