Present application has been filed for recalling the order dated 08.05.2026, by which, the review application i.e. RA-CW-148-2026 was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the present application is allowed and consequently, the order dated 08.05.2026 is recalled and the application (CM-4411-CWP-2026) and review application i.e. RA-CW-148-2026 are restored to its original number and status.

The prayer in the present application is for condonation of delay of 410 days in filing the present appeal ( RA-CW-148-2026). 4.
Keeping in view the averments enumerated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Consequently, the delay of 410 days in filing the present appeal ( RA-CW-148-2026 ) is condoned.
