(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 so as to conduct fair and impartial investigation in DDR No.33 dated 14.08.2023 registered under Section 323 of IPC, at P.S. Civil Lines, Amritsar.

Learned State counsel on instructions informs that FIR No.741 dated 02.05.2024 under Sections 323, 341 and 506 of IPC already stands registered at P.S. Civil Lines, Amritsar against respondents No.4 and 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of being not pressed.
