CRM-M-34079-2015 -2petition at the first instance impugning the order dismissing the application for discharge of the petitioners, to which learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if the above said criminal revision petition along with an application for condonation of delay is presented before the Court of Session within one month of passing of this order, the said application for condonation of delay shall be decided in accordance with law, keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have approached this Court.
