This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 104 dated 31.07.2017 under sections 406, 420, 120B IPC at Police Station Mataur, District Mohali. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 11.10.2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 11.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
