**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.11, dated 16.03.2021, registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC, 1860 at Police Station Amir Khas, District Fazilka.

Notice of motion was issued on 01.06.2021 and interim anticipatory bail was also granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Sandeep Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and even challan has RITTU 2021.10.04 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-21592-2021 -2been submitted to the Court and the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In the very nature of the order dated 01.06.2021 passed by this Court, it would be just and appropriate to confirm the order dated 01.06.2021. However, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the trial Court regularly.
