***** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (ORAL) CM-7959-CWP-2025 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is taken up on board today itself.

Main Case 1.

Learned counsel on instructions from the petitioner states that he does not wish to pursue the petition and seeks liberty to approach the respondent-authorities by filing a representation for release of his educational documents, which he requires to submit, as he has been selected for the post of Veterinary Officer, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case a representation is filed within 3 days, the same shall be decided within a further period of 10 days, in accordance with law.
