**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 182 dated 29.5.2016 registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC.
The case is being adjourned as the statement of the prosecutrix had not been recorded. The complainant has appeared and supported the petitioner. The zimni orders which have been placed on record show that the complainant and her family are avoiding the witness box. The prosecution had been directed to ensure that the prosecutrix was produced on the last date of hearing.
State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raj Bala, has submitted that the prosecutrix had not appeared though she had been served.
