The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 06.03.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CRWP-2018-2024.

The Division Bench of this Court had issued the following order dated 06.03.2024 in CRWP-2018-2024:- "5.

If so, the requisite verificatory processes be ensured to be completed within a week, inasmuch as, the submission of report by the District Magistrate, North Delhi, be done within a week from today, and, on receipt of the said report, the competent authority is directed to within ten days thereafter, make a well speaking decision on the applicant's parole application."

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in compliance of order dated 06.03.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2025.09.12 19:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-1289-2024 (O&M) -2CRWP-2018-2024, the parole application submitted by the petitioner has been decided.

In view of the above, since order dated 06.03.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CRWP-2018-2024, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged.
