As per the service report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved due to incomplete address. Notices issued for the service of respondents No.1 and 2 have also been received back unserved as they did not meet the Process Server despite many attempts. Notices issued to the remaining respondents have not been received back. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
