Prayer in this petition is for quashing of F.I.R No. 249 dated 11.04.2014 registered under Sections 498-A/406/506/34 IPC at Police Station Gurgaon Sadar As per reply filed by the learned State counsel, during the course of investigation and verification of facts, the co-accused of the petitioner were found innocent. The petitioner did not join the investigation and left for USA. The Look Out Circular was got issued against the petitioner from the competent authority. Thereupon, the untraced report was prepared by SHO, P.S. Sadar, Gurugram on 26.02.2015 and the same is under process to be sent to the Court of Illaqa Magistrate, Gurugram. In view of the above, this petition at this stage is being dispose of by giving direction to the official respondents to present the untraced GAURAV ARORA 2017.03.27 16:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
