The petitioner has allegedly received a sum of Rs.6000/- from Seema Rani to get a fake date of birth certificate for using the same for applying the passport.

On the instructions of SI Veer Singh it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not involved in any other similar case. The petitioner being a lady, can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 1.2.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. March 28 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGES
