This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 232 dated 25.10.2013 under Sections 354A, 376 IPC read with section 4 of the Proteciton of Chidren against Sexual Offences Act at Police Station Civil Lines, Kaithal.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Krishan Kumar, who is present in court, submits that trial is nearing its culmination and is fixed for defence and arguments on 14.10.2015. In view of above, it is clear that trial is at its fag end. There is, thus, no ground made out for enlarging the petitioner on bail. Dismissed.
